Children's Behavioural Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Children\u0027s Behavioural Therapist to join our team at SuperCare Residential. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioural assessments and developing individualised intervention plans for children with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
* Implement behaviour strategies to support children\u0027s behavioural needs
* Monitor and analyse behavioural data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each child\u0027s care
* Provide training and support to staff, promoting consistent and effective behaviour management strategies
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field
* Certification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is highly desirable
* Proven experience working with children with learning disabilities and autism in a similar role
* Strong understanding of behaviour analysis principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children with learning disabilities and autism
Working Hours: Flexible working hours across 3 homes at 8-16 hours a week.
