Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in the Windsor, Ascot, and Maidenhead community service. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with older adults presenting with communication difficulties and dysphagia, providing specialist clinical advice and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide advice and support to patients with communication difficulties, developing and monitoring treatment plans.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing specialist advice and support around communication and swallowing issues.
  • Provide specialist intervention, reviewing and evaluating treatment outcomes for each individual.
  • Mentor and support junior Speech and Language Therapists, assistants, and volunteers.
  • Contribute to clinical teams, discussing own and others' input around clients' needs to ensure a well-coordinated care plan.
