Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Windsor, Ascot, and Maidenhead community service. The successful candidate will work with older adults presenting with communication difficulties and dysphagia, providing specialist clinical advice and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with communication difficulties
  • Provide specialist advice and support to colleagues within the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to clinical teams and discuss client needs to ensure a well-coordinated care plan
  • Mentor and support junior Speech and Language Therapists, assistants, and volunteers
