At Francis Holland School, Regent's Park, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior School Health Care Professional to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our students.

About the Role

This term-time plus 10 days position is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing medical support and care to students in a school setting. As a Senior School Health Care Professional, you will be responsible for meeting the physical needs of pupils, administering first aid, guiding pupils who may need psychological support, following up on prolonged absences, and organizing the annual administration of various year-group vaccinations.

You will work closely with the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and be part of the wider pastoral team, which includes Heads of Section, Heads of Years, and the Counselling team. We encourage professional development and offer learning opportunities, such as mental health courses.

Responsibilities
  • Providing medical support and care to students
  • Administering first aid and responding to emergencies
  • Guiding pupils who require psychological support
  • Following up on prolonged absences
  • Organizing annual vaccinations for year groups
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and a passion for working with children. You should also have experience in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications.

Salary and Benefits
