About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Day Support Worker at Cygnet Chaseways.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • To maintain accurate records of service user progress, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • To contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.
  • To participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, enabling you to deliver the highest standard of care.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and families, fostering strong relationships built on trust, respect, and empathy.
