Caring Homes is a leading provider of residential care, dedicated to making each home the best possible place to live and work. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Leader to join our team.
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including free DBS checks and a Blue Light Card. Our Senior Care Leaders play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are provided to our residents. This involves overseeing clinical care within the home, developing and implementing personalised care plans, and leading and mentoring nursing and care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
• Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
• A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
