Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at the Park Lane Clinic in Workington. As a Patient Services Administrator, you will provide front-facing reception duties and support the delivery of high-quality patient services.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. Excellent customer service skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with patients, staff, and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also possess good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide front-facing reception duties, including handling incoming calls and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient services.
**Requirements:**
- Good general level of education up to Level 1 standard in English Language and Maths.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**Salary:** £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
