About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals in crisis, promoting independence and social inclusion.
  • Facilitate group-based activities and signpost individuals to mainstream provision.
  • Work closely with mental health primary and secondary care, emergency services, and partner agencies.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with mental health and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage individuals, identifying barriers and understanding individual needs.

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive training program in your first week of employment.
  • A minimum of 25 days annual leave per annum, plus statutory holidays.
  • A 5% contributory pension scheme.
