Brand Communications Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communications Specialist to lead our organic social media strategy and bring the BEAUTY BAY brand to life across our content channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to drive commercially optimised activations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute BEAUTY BAY Organic Social channel strategies from content creation through to community management and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement the brand pillars and ethos across all channels of the business, aligned with the marketing calendar and key trading initiatives
  • Day-to-day line management and ongoing development of the Organic Social team
  • Deliver regular reporting and analytics on channel performance, setting clear and ambitious KPI's with both short-term and long-term actions to drive continuous growth in reach and engagement
  • Partner with Brand Campaign team to lead ideation and briefing of Organic Social activation for key retail brand and private label storytelling
  • Partner with Paid Social team to align on content boosting plans ensuring teams are focused on strategic objectives across commercial and brand awareness
  • Partner with Influencer team to deliver strong community centric plans both through commissioned content and community engagement

Key Skills and Experience:

  • +5 years' experience in social media marketing including line management
  • Strong attention to detail with a right first time mindset
  • Pro-active with strong initiative and an ability to thrive on change in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects
  • An analytical, commercial mind-set with a strong understanding of the importance of marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Committed to working as part of a team
