- Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to identify new referral opportunities and help develop commercial strategies for healthcare products and services.
- Promote the home delivery service to both patients and professionals.
- Educate and provide training to healthcare providers on the proper use of products and services.
- Support care homes by offering educational sessions for staff and conducting ongoing reviews of resident needs.
- Effectively manage your own caseload of referrals and prioritize according to clinical need.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration between clinical and commercial teams.
- Continuously update your knowledge on healthcare industry advancements and trends while keeping up with all mandatory training.
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC Pin.
- Proven experience as a clinical nurse with a solid understanding of clinical best practices.
- Natural ability to put patients at ease with kindness, good humor when appropriate, and encouragement.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a commercial role within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working independently in the community.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes in healthcare.
- Full Clean Driving License.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
