We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with database management, reconciling receipts and bank accounts, and managing sales ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with database management to coordinate projects
  • Reconcile receipts, bank accounts, and credit cards
  • Manage sales ledger, issue invoices, and follow up on payment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • At least 1 year's experience working in an office
  • Ability to work independently
