Children's Social Worker and Senior Practitioner Position

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Practitioner in Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality social work services to children and families in need
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions to address the needs of children and families
- Develop and maintain relationships with children, young people, and their families to ensure their needs are met
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration
- Ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently
