Job Description



We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Consumer business. As Imodium Brand Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand growth across the UK and Ireland. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver excellent execution, report to the Digestive Health, Antifungals and Marketing Operations Senior Marketing Manager, Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive the growth of the Imodium brand across the UK and Ireland and deliver excellent execution as per the new global operating model.
  • Support the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets.
  • Adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Digestive Health BDT (Brand Development Team).
  • Support media planning and digital first initiatives across the UK and Ireland, working with our media partner to identify and implement media optimizations and test & learns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UK and Ireland to address challenges and build opportunities that unlock share & category growth profitably with key retail partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver excellent end-to-end execution.
  • Support launch of strategically important NPD and ensure flawless execution.
  • Use analytical skills to report and analyze on key performance metrics.
  • Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME).


Requirements:



For this role, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Brand Manager with a strong track record of performance ideally in an FMCG environment. You should hold a degree-level education or equivalent experience. Experience adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing is essential. Good commercial and financial acumen, including BME management, is also required. Additionally, good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards are necessary.
