Imodium Assistant Brand Manager

Kenvue is a leading consumer healthcare company with a portfolio of iconic brands, including Imodium. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the Imodium brand across the UK and Ireland. This will involve working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, as well as collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and deploy effective creative campaigns
  • Support the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets
  • Adapt and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Digestive Health BDT (Brand Development Team)
  • Support media planning and digital first initiatives across the UK and Ireland
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UK and Ireland to address challenges and build opportunities that unlock share & category growth profitably with key retail partners
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to deliver excellent end to end execution
  • Support launch of strategically important NPD and ensure flawless execution
  • Use analytical skills to report and analyze on key performance metrics
  • Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME)

Requirements

  • Experienced at Assistant Brand Manager level with a strong track record of performance ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience
  • Experience adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing
  • Good commercial and financial acumen, including BME management
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards
  • Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise
