Curriculum Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Support Assistant to join our team at eTeach UK Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Curriculum areas and other Business support teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and verification of accurate data.
- Ensure consistency in the quality of documentation used internally and externally.
- Provide administrative support to Professional Tutors, as agreed by Line Managers.
- Maintain Line Managers' diaries, arranging appointments, organizing meetings, and scheduling internal and external visitors.
- Produce letters, emails, reports, minutes, and agendas in-house style.
- Manage the flow of inbound and outbound telephone calls for Line Managers, ensuring high-quality responses in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and administer meetings and associated papers.
- Organize student disciplinary meetings and follow up on associated paperwork.
- Maintain filing and archiving systems, photocopy, fax, and scan documents as required.
- Monitor stationery and consumables stock and order/replace supplies as needed.
- Report student absence and summarize for Curriculum Line Managers.
- Distribute internal and external mail as required.
