Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Hallfield School is seeking a skilled Estates & Maintenance Assistant to assist with day-to-day maintenance and compliance of the School estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine maintenance of school facilities, including minor alterations and refurbishment tasks.
- Leading and completing projects, such as compliance checks and testing.
- Working collaboratively with the Estates team to ensure the smooth operation of the School estate.
- Providing support with grounds work and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or above in any trade, such as carpentry, plastering, plumbing, or construction, would be advantageous. Multi-trade skills and experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and able to work supportively and flexibly within a team. They will take pride in their work and be able to show initiative in a busy environment.
