Job Title: Finance and Corporate Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance and Corporate Resources Assistant. This is a permanent position based in Hamilton, and we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the operation of the Council's Emergency Response and Community Alarm Services
  • Provide a call handling service using current communication and IT systems
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Relevant IT skills and experience
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
