Care and Support Practitioner

The successful candidate will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, accompanying individuals to appointments and activities, and supporting with personal finances and moving and handling.
As a Support Practitioner, you will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
