Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that all shift work requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Orient, assist, and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Monitor operations and reallocate resources as needed to ensure that all standards are met.
- Solve operational problems and make decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing and leading teams in a retail, hospitality, or business environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
