Bellway plc is one of the UK's largest house builders, and our Scotland West division is seeking a highly skilled Site Management Assistant to join our team. As a Site Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development site, ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are followed and adhered to.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their career to the next level. As a Site Management Assistant, you will be responsible for motivating, supporting and managing directly employed site staff, providing training and coaching as required to improve performance.

  • Ensure site presentation is maintained at the correct standard at all times.
What You'll Need

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder. You will also need to have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).
  • Valid SSSTS certificate.
  • Valid First Aid certificate.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We reserve the right to close this vacancy if a large volume of applications are received.
