We are Bellway plc, one of the UK's leading house builders, and we are currently seeking a Residential Development Manager to join our team in Scotland West. As a Residential Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their career to the next level. As a Residential Development Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development site, ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are followed and adhered to.

  • Assist with management and implementation of health and safety procedures, working closely with Bellway Health and Safety Managers.
  • Motivate, support and manage directly employed site staff, providing training and coaching as required to improve performance.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience of working as an Assistant Site Manager with a high-volume residential house builder. You will also need to have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).
  • Valid SSSTS certificate.
  • Valid First Aid certificate.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We reserve the right to close this vacancy if a large volume of applications are received.
