You will be working for a well-established organisation that provides supported living services to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the manager of a residential service in Port Talbot to provide high-quality person-centred care to residents. The service has a lively atmosphere, with residents enjoying activities such as coffee mornings, theatre trips, and themed weekends.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in providing excellent care to residents with complex needs and learning disabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans and monitoring practices.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive living environment.
- Work collaboratively with the registered manager and experienced staff teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Previous care experience.
