This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hilton Grand Vacations team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and owners. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, confirming reservations, making payments, securing benefits, and advising on other account queries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with our members, and a good level of computer literacy. They will also be able to work under pressure and have experience in a call centre environment. We offer a competitive salary of £24,960.00 + Comp plan and a hybrid/remote working arrangement.
