Safety and Training Delivery Lead

Red Sky Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Training Delivery Lead to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients, while also promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote a positive safety culture and ensure employee compliance with safety procedures.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on health and safety matters.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety inspections, audits, and training programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions to health and safety issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ISOH Managing Safety or NEBOSH, and a full UK driving license.
