Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Safety and Compliance Specialist who will ensure adherence to health and safety standards while promoting ongoing enhancements in safety practices. The successful candidate will perform inspections, deliver safety training, investigate incidents, and work closely with management to execute safety programs.

Key Duties
  • Perform routine inspections and assessments to detect potential hazards
  • Formulate and enforce safety policies and protocols
  • Examine incidents and propose corrective measures
  • Conduct safety training sessions for staff
  • Compile reports on safety metrics
  • Partner with management on safety initiatives
  • Support risk evaluations and mitigation plans
  • Keep precise safety documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a Safety Coordinator position
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Experience in airside operations is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
