About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team at British Airways. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues who handle Safety and Compliance within Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Compliance checking audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the management of engineer approvals & licenses and ensure compliance with EASA/CAA regulations
  • Lead and conduct Safety investigations and implement outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a high safety and continuous improvement mentality within the Engineering organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a significant knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness regulations and experience in Maintenance Repair Organisations. You will also need to be able to become the EASA/CAA Form 4 holder for Compliance and Safety.
