Financial Accountant

At SF Recruitment Limited t/a SF Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the production of financial accounts and reports, ensuring the finance systems and processes are robust and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and control the production of financial accounts and reports.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with site teams and the shared service department to review and understand monthly costs.
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and prepare year-end accounts and group consolidation.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the Chief Financial Officer.
- Support the Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of plans and forecasts.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with manufacturing or production accounting experience. Experience with Peoplesoft or Coins accounting packages and construction/engineering experience would be an advantage. You will be ambitious and resilient, with prior transactional staff management experience.
What's in it for You:Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience, 25 days + statutory holiday, non-contractual bonus, life assurance, individual health cover, pension, retail discounts, and a 4pm Friday finish time.
