The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of our suite of climate tech products. You will drive collaboration across the product, sales, and marketing teams, to craft compelling stories that communicate the value of our products to our target audiences.

  • Build the product marketing function: By joining early, you'll be key to understanding our customers and developing & marketing the products that will have the highest possible impact on climate, people, and nature.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies of new products and features ensuring product-market fit.
  • Own the market positioning and creative storytelling of our products, so that we effectively communicate the value proposition of our products across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse market trends and monitor the competitor landscape, identifying opportunities for us to differentiate.
  • Define, size, and prioritise customer segments, run win/loss analysis programs, collect customer case studies, and run other insights gathering activities to help us best serve our customer's needs.
  • Own the customer acquisition and retention activities and collaborate with the marketing and product team to create campaigns and content to drive lead generation and nurturing.
  • Use data to develop and optimise product-led growth techniques such as free trial offerings, freemium models, landing pages, referral programs, and free tools.
  • Partner with the product team to influence the product strategy and roadmap based on your insights on the market and customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement, training, and marketing collateral such as battle cards, case studies, white papers, and others.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse team environment, promoting a sense of belonging and creating opportunities for the cross-functional team to contribute and be heard.
