**Job Summary**
Floryn House Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team.
**About Us**
We are a purpose-built care home providing exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73-residents in a beautiful village setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to develop good relationships with residents, relatives, employees, and external professionals.
- To answer incoming calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
- To sort through incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
- To respond positively to face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients.
- To provide administrative support, maintain records, and provide updated resident information on a daily/weekly basis.
- To perform general filing and record maintenance, photocopying, and other duties as required.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.49.
- A 24-hour per week contracted position with alternate weekends.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part-time contract).
- A DBS check.
- Onsite parking.
