Conveyancing Case Handler

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join our client's team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from inception to post-completion, managing a caseload, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Prepare and review legal documents, conduct searches, and provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and efficient workflow.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing case handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
