Conveyancing Case Handler

Our client, a leading law firm based in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions from inception to post-completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling transactions from inception to post-completion
* Managing a caseload day-to-day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
* Managing, updating, and organizing case files
* Liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders
* Drafting legal documents, conducting searches
* Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing case handling
* Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building skills
* Unrivalled organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
