About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join our team. As a Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for handling transactions from inception to post-completion, managing a caseload day-to-day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices, managing, updating, and organizing case files, liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders, drafting legal documents, conducting searches, and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions from inception to post-completion
• Manage a caseload day-to-day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
• Manage, update, and organize case files
• Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Draft legal documents, conduct searches
• Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the process

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years within conveyancing case handling experience
• Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
• Unrivalled organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
