Concierge Role

A permanent opportunity has arisen to join a property management company as a Concierge, based in resident buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Monitor the front door entrance, granting access to residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors, while maintaining a high level of security.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Report any concerns or issues to the Property Manager, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Log and manage parcel deliveries, ensuring safekeeping and efficient distribution.
  • Supervise small works and ongoing contracts, including cleaners, waste removal, and other services.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and testing, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
  • Handle residents' keys safely and securely, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Meet and greet residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Respond to residents' enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Assist residents and visitors as required, providing support and guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a 5-star experience for residents in a busy and diverse environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and sub-contractors, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Head Concierge and team to ensure the safety and security of the building, reporting any issues to the Property Manager and team.
Essential Requirements
  • Locations vary between SE1, E3, and SE9.
  • Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts with a 4on-4off shift pattern (7:00AM – 7:00PM), including Saturday work (9:00AM – 9:00PM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
