Job Opportunity: Business Administration Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of efficient HR administration and customer service within our FA Education team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate completion of DBS and RTW checks across the FA Education casual workforce.
  • Maintaining the FA Learning casual staff database and ensuring all departments keep it updated.
  • Driving process improvement by implementing minimum standards in HR processes.
  • Fostering effective relationships with stakeholders and teams in the field, Wembley and SGP.
  • Supporting training and education of staff across the department to enhance HR processes.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of an FAE Operating Manual to ensure consistent processes are documented and updated.
  • Working on specific project management tasks and system developments across FA Learning Operations.
  • Providing business support to the Business Administration Coordinators (finance) as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection legislation at all times.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with great opportunities for growth and development.
