Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Protective Care Group.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our Finance team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to timely and accurate financial management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Bank Reconciliation and Statement Analysis
  2. Team Budget Monitoring and Forecasting
  3. Purchase Invoice Entry and Credit Control
  4. Payroll Administration and Pension Management
  5. Accounts Inbox Management and Correspondence
  6. Raising Invoices and Managing Customer Relationships
  7. Car Fleet Management and Expense Tracking
  8. VAT Reconciliation and Compliance Support
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have or be studying AAT Level 2 qualification. Alternatively, we will provide support for the right candidate to gain this qualification.

A keen interest in finance and numerical skills is essential due to the nature of the position.

Experience with finance systems like Xero and Sage is desirable but not mandatory.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
