Job Overview:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-quality service to customers and colleagues through delivering exceptional customer experience, resolving complaints efficiently, and driving resident engagement.
  • This role requires strategic ownership of engagement with residents throughout the complaints process and post-complaints process.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to oversee data sources that capture customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to drive quality of customer care, reputation management, and service features and reliability.
  • Proven experience in leading customer resolution sections and improving complaint and communication responses.
