About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthy Lifestyle Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our weight management and health checks program in the community, as well as supporting the development of programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based education around nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral change as advised by our team and in line with our program curriculums.
  • Monitor clients' progress through regular consultation and with the use of Microsoft Excel, identifying specific treatments for those not on track to achieve their goals.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to co-produce in-session materials.
  • Contribute to the contract performance report by submitting regular case studies to the project lead.
  • Contribute to and support our social media pages.
  • Contribute to training and support new staff and volunteers.
  • Develop and deliver live webinars relating to key nutrition trends and topics.
  • Keep detailed files, recording data accurately, ensuring all forms and other documentation is completed correctly.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Engage and recruit potential clients at promotional and community events.
  • Contribute to ongoing service development needs.
