About the Job:

Getting In Limited is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of client accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

You will be responsible for managing contracts, communicating with clients and suppliers, and performing general office duties such as restocking office supplies and snack shop management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from initiation to expiration.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related matters.
  • Carry out contract renewals, site user audits, and device warranty checks.
  • Perform general office duties such as restocking office supplies and snack shop management.

Training and Development Opportunities:

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through Level 3 Business Administration training and Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths courses.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
