Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at Ashby de la Zouch. This 30-hour week role involves leading the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maximize production.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance leadership or a related field.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
