Job Overview:
- This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- No shifts or weekend work is required.
- The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team to maintain high levels of equipment reliability.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Cultivate strong relationships with production teams to drive collaboration and results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance leadership or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
