Product Support Specialist Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our client's contact centre team as a Product Support Specialist. This role is based in Tamworth and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information and details of each interaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better assist customers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
