Procurement Specialist

As a key member of the myenergi team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless supply of high-value components, maintaining inventory levels within company targets, and driving cost reduction initiatives with current and new suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver target BOM costs.
- Developing and implementing cost reduction strategies with the supply base.
- Monitoring and mitigating PPV (Purchase Price Variance).
- Fostering supplier development and engagement with existing and new suppliers.
- Creating documented sourcing strategies.
- Conducting regular supplier meetings and attending internal meetings across all levels of the business.
- Ensuring optimal material availability to maintain production readiness.
- Leading the creation and achievement of department KPIs (PPV, Supplier optimization, Cost reduction, Inventory days on hand, SOTDP, Supplier Contract management).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, seeking a new challenge.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Electronics buying experience is desirable but not essential.
- MCIPs are preferable.
- ERP knowledge and experience with ERP integration are highly desirable.
