As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment at home. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care, support, and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and monitor patient responses.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients receiving chemotherapy treatment at home.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a qualified nurse.
- Experience in clinical assessment and administration of cytotoxic drugs.
Benefits:
- Annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.
