As a SEN Functional skills Tutor with Prospero Teaching, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to Key Stage 1 & 2 students out of school. Your expertise in teaching Functional Skills will enable you to create engaging and effective lessons that bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost engagement and attainment levels.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a SEN Functional skills Tutor will include:

  • Delivering 1:1 tailored lessons based on Functional Skills
  • Creating and planning engaging and effective lessons
  • Bridging gaps in pupils' education and boosting engagement and attainment levels

You will be working closely with students who require additional support, and your dedication and enthusiasm will be invaluable in helping them achieve their goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a SEN Functional skills Tutor with Prospero Teaching, you will need:

  • Experience in teaching Functional Skills
  • A passion for making a positive impact on students' lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
