Job Title: Junior Customer Service Agent About the Role: We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join our team based in Harrogate. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our UK & Ireland-based clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries.
  • Responsible for general administration duties, including preparing reports and updating customers on delivery expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in office administration and customer service.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customer satisfaction.
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to workload.
  • Good organization skills and ability to work independently.
  • Team player.
