Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Consultant to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Restorative Dentistry department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to patients, leading a team of dental professionals, and contributing to the development of our department's business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior medical/dental practitioners
  • Conduct clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and Trust service plans
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for the specialty
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Care Group's Business Plan
  • Take an active role in teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students
Requirements
  • Fellowship in Dental Surgery or Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery or equivalent
  • Full registration with the United Kingdom General Dental Council (GDC)
  • On the GDC Specialist List in Restorative Dentistry or within six months of eligibility for inclusion
