Our Public Services team has achieved significant growth, and this role is a key part of that success.

As a Client Relationships and Stakeholder Management Specialist, you will cultivate strong relationships with senior NHS stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.

You will introduce innovative solutions to address the NHS's challenges, driving engagement beyond current projects.

Manage commercial and contractual aspects, ensuring agreements meet both client and business objectives.

Identify and develop new opportunities within the NHS, managing the sales pipeline to secure new business and contract renewals.

Position NTT DATA's services to align with the NHS's strategic objectives, co-developing roadmaps for transformation and improvement.

Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms, ensuring mutual benefit.

Full P&L responsibility for the NHS client portfolio, managing a budget exceeding £15m.

Conduct regular financial reviews, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

Delivery Leadership and Team Management:

  • Oversee service delivery to the NHS, ensuring projects are executed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Lead a distributed team to deliver high-quality outcomes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage operational processes, including objective setting, WBS setup, and timely reporting.
