We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our PTP - Enablement team as a Senior Benefits Realisation Specialist. This key role is essential in supporting the financial evaluation of projects as we work towards achieving our ESA goals and optimising Free Cash Flow (FCF). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing long-term benefits for the CTO, VMO2, and our customers, while implementing the necessary changes to meet future network demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the prioritisation of areas for transformation
  • Act as an escalation point for proposals that do not meet the qualifying criteria
  • Drive continuous improvement to strengthen decision-making, achieve targeted savings, and improve change adoption
  • Automate the tracking of new initiatives and report on financial results

Requirements:

  • CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW accounting qualification or significant experience in this area
  • Significant experience at a senior level working on benefit realisation in the technology sector
  • Experience of influencing management priorities and tracking benefit realisation
  • Experience of programmes and BAU activities in large corporate organisations
