We are seeking a Children's Social Services Specialist to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team at Charles Hunter Associates.

This advanced practitioner role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience in a similar team setting.

About the MASH Team:

Our team plays a critical role in safeguarding children and young people in the community by collaborating with professionals from various sectors.

About You:

You must be registered with Social Work England and have relevant experience in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting. As a specialist in child protection and wellbeing, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

Job Description:

  • Work collaboratively with professionals to identify risks and develop effective safeguarding strategies
  • Assess referrals and provide expert guidance on child protection and wellbeing matters
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance child outcomes

Salary and Benefits:

  • £50 per hour umbrella rate (PAYE options also available)
