Venn Group supports a leading NHS Trust in London to fill a Children's Safeguarding Advisor role, based on Band 7.

As a specialist in children's safeguarding, you will work closely with the trust to ensure the well-being and protection of children. This is an interim opportunity for 3 months from January 2024, working 37 hours per week.

This position involves supporting the trust's efforts to maintain a safe environment for children, which includes developing and implementing safeguarding policies, procedures, and training programs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding and child protection practices
  • Supporting the trust's safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Developing and delivering training programs for staff
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a safe environment for children

The estimated salary for this role is around £60-70,000 per annum, based on the Band 7 pay scale and location in London.
